Task
The main task was to provide detailed information about each company, allowing users to familiarize themselves with them and choose the one that suits them best. To facilitate the search process, a testing system was also provided to generate a tailored list of companies based on user responses.
Goal
The main goal of the project was to create a service that is extremely simple and user-friendly, allowing individuals with disabilities and their caregivers to quickly and efficiently find a suitable service.
Solution
Based on the data obtained from the research, the following solutions were developed to address the problems faced by the target audience:
- A comprehensive list of all Norwegian companies providing BPA services has been created, with detailed information provided for each of them.
- On the main page of the website, companies with the widest range of services and high ratings are displayed.
- Each company has its own dedicated page where detailed information is provided.
- Each page is equipped with a search function, allowing users to skip browsing through all the companies and quickly find what they need.
- Testing to find the most suitable company or service.
- Blog covering both physical and psychological aspects of disabilities.
